Ballet tuition
Carmela provides selective one-to-one ballet tuition for students seeking personalised support – whether preparing for exams, auditions, or simply wishing to deepen their love of dance.
A highly qualified and experienced teacher, Carmela has a passion for inspiring musicality, movement, and expressive freedom through ballet. Her teaching is based on a strong technical foundation, enriched by her deep understanding of anatomy and movement gained through Pilates and training as an osteopath.
While no longer offering group classes, for many years, Carmela taught both recreational and pre-professional students. She has also been a Practical Teaching Supervisor and Mentor for the Royal Academy of Dance’s Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) and BA (Hons) Ballet Education (BABE) programmes.
