About me

I began studying ballet at a young age in my native Italy, later expanding my training to include modern, jazz, and contemporary dance. I performed in various companies across Southern Italy, and eventually became involved in choreography.

Driven by a deep love of movement and artistic expression, I moved to the UK to study at the world-renowned Royal Academy of Dance, where I qualified as a Registered Teacher in Classical Ballet in 2006.

In 2009, I broadened my expertise by completing a Comprehensive Teacher Training Course with the Pilates Foundation, alongside a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology. This marked the beginning of a deeper interest in how movement supports health and recovery.

In 2020, I embarked on a new path to bring all my skills together – training as an osteopath. I completed my Master in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy (now Health Sciences University, London). My approach today blends hands-on therapy, movement education, and whole-person care to support people in feeling more connected and at ease in their bodies.
