Based near Putney Heath, Carmela provides private one-to-one Pilates tuition in a calm and comfortable studio environment. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, supporting clients of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
With a background in ballet, Pilates, and osteopathy, Carmela’s work focuses on the mind–body connection and functional movement. Her clinical interests include women’s health, injury rehabilitation, pre- and post-operative care, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and pre- and post-natal Pilates, alongside supporting sports and dance performance.
Her approach is warm, patient, and personalised, helping clients build strength, confidence, and efficient, natural movement patterns.

Tuition is available online and in person, at home or other locations. Please get in touch for further information.

Block sessions are non-transferable and cannot be refunded. They must be used within the time-period specified although holidays and special circumstances can be considered.

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. If a session is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged.
